Thanks to a combination of sunny days, mild temps and a lack of pesky insects to send the kids scrambling; we've enjoyed nearly every meal outdoors on our small terrace the last few days. A particular treat was breakfast alfresco on Saturday.... I have to admit; sitting outside in your pjs enjoying this delicious french toast is a good thing for grown-ups and kids alike... I may have started a new tradition...
Perfection. Looks delicious! My mom used to make us the best french toast. I have never mastered the technique. Seems to be mushy when I try to make it. Think I'll make another go of it, though!
