... this past Sunday found us with friends in the most unlikeliest of places.... a Polo match (and, yes, it is just like in "Pretty Woman") :). Along with the many trials and frustrations that come with living abroad also comes opportunities to do things you wouldn't ordinarily do... this being one of them. With glorious weather, beautiful horses, free merry-go-round rides.... and my favorite bubbly as the sponsor of the event; it was great fun for the entire family.
One of the things I hope to take away from my expat experience is the propensity to always be trying something new (be it taking in a traveling art exhibit or just trying out a new food).

I'm going to have to watch that movie again! I'm trying something new.... patience while potty training! Lord, please let it "click" soon!
