....those Lazy, Hazy, Crazy Days of Summer are over.
Hey ya'll! I've missed you!
I hope this post finds everyone chock-full of summertime goodness.
My apologies for the "crickets" around here these last couple of months; but I (and, hopefully you) was/were out soaking up summertime pleasures and listening to the real thing.
This morning I took my girls to school with an anxious and bittersweet tug in my heart.
I always feel like a mama bird on the first day of school... nudging my babies to learn how to fly with confidence while secretly squelching the desire to keep them safely protected in my nest. I'm so thankful they gave me smiles this morning as we headed off ..... my prayer is that those smiles are still there when they return! :)
...... and as they say, "we will now return you to our regularly scheduled programming"...
can't wait to catch up with everyone!
