Well, hello Arnold Palmer....

.... let me re-introduce myself..... it has been a long time....
I actually broke a sweat on a walk this morning which got me thinking it is time to start enjoying my favorite summer-time beverage at last....  Sure, I've been stocking up the bar to make happy hour favorites such as this, this, and this but when it comes to summertime hydration; my favorite will always be the half iced tea (unsweet for me) and half lemonade.... (preferably with the lemonade on the bottom and lots of the tiny pellet ice if you want to make me really happy).... I've also been tempted to spiff up the bar a bit with a few of these fun accessories.... with all the "Gatsbyesque" inspired stuff floating around it's fun to imagine lounging about enjoying a beverage in one of these great (and inexpensive) crystal cut whiskey glasses.....

..... but then again, a plain 'ol Mason jar would do just fine too.... :)
Cheers!

  3. I love an Arnold Palmer as well... only with pink lemonade... think you call that one an "Arnie Palmer". =) The Lake Como pictures are absolutely beautiful. I think I would have been just as giddy!

    1. That actual image was from High Street Market but it appears they no longer have it in stock. I included a link to one at Pottery Barn that is similar but probably not quite as large as you would like. Sorry!

  5. When I was a waitress I always loved making Arnold Palmers. I loved how pretty the separated drink looked.
