Interiors: TerraCotta Properties

The cleverness of this upholstered porch swing caught my eye yesterday..... which got me poking around to see what else its Decatur based designers might have up their sleeves..... Turns out quite a lot.....

..... a welcoming and comfortable seating area in the kitchen;

a banquette incorporated into an island;

a "hidden" pantry behind cabinetry;

simple, yet functional mudroom storage;

and inset bathroom vanity mirrors.....

Not earth shattering new ideas, I know..... but I love the overriding themes of comfort, beauty, functionality and restraint in these spaces..... I'd have a hard time choosing a favorite.

Bonne Journee!  (Have a nice day!)
...... need to practice my French..... thought you could learn with me! ;)

  2. That porch reminds me of happy hour in Asheville, NC on the front porch of the bed and breakfast.
